Kenya Safari Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival and Transfer to Hotel
Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, your driver will meet you and welcome you to Kenya. You will then be transferred to your accommodation at Gem Suites, Riverside located in Nairobi’s serene suburb. It takes about 20-30 minutes to reach the hotel, depending on traffic.
The hotel is well-known for its luxurious ambiance, excellent service, and beautiful views of Nairobi.

Day 2: Nairobi to Maasai Mara
After breakfast, your safari adventure begins! A private 4X4 Landcruiser vehicle will be waiting to take you on a scenic 5–6-hour drive through the beautiful Kenyan countryside. As you drive, you’ll pass through picturesque rural villages and vast stretches of savannah, all while the majestic landscape unfolds around you with a stopover at The Great Rift Valley View Point. the Rift Valley View Point is a breathtaking scenic spot that provides visitors with an unforgettable vista of one of the world’s most remarkable geological formations. As you approach this iconic viewpoint, the expansive views of the Rift Valley unfold before you, featuring rolling hills, lush greenery, and the shimmering waters of nearby lakes.
On arrival at the camp, you will be welcomed with a refreshing drink and a delicious lunch. Elangata Olerai Camp, nestled along the Olare Orok River, offers a luxurious tented camp experience. The rustic elegance combined with modern comfort will ensure an unforgettable stay.

Day 3: Maasai Mara game drive
A light breakfast will be served, with coffee, tea, and freshly baked pastries to get you energized for your morning game drive.
Your adventure begins with a full-day game drive in the world-famous Maasai Mara National Reserve. An expert guide and driver will take you on a thrilling journey to witness the incredible wildlife – from herds of elephants and prides of lions to cheetahs, giraffes, and zebras. Depending on the season, you may be lucky enough to see the Great Migration of wildebeest and zebras crossing the Mara River.
After lunch, you’ll embark on an afternoon game drive, heading to areas known for the best wildlife sightings. Your guide will share stories of the land and its inhabitants, and you’ll have ample opportunities to capture stunning photos of the animals in their natural habitat.

Day 4: Full day game drive & optional activities
After an early breakfast, your full-day game drive will begin once again. You’ll travel deeper into the reserve, exploring new territories to spot different wildlife and enjoy the serene beauty of the Mara landscape.
Optional Activities at Your Own Expense:
Hot Air Balloon Safari: For a unique perspective, you may opt for a hot air balloon ride at dawn (additional cost). This extraordinary experience will allow you to float above the vast plains of Maasai Mara, watching the wildlife below as the sun rises, providing a truly magical moment.
Visit a Maasai Village: You may also choose to visit a traditional Maasai village (at an extra cost). This visit offers insight into the rich culture and traditions of the Maasai people. You can participate in activities like dancing, singing, and learning about their way of life.

Day 5: Departure to Nairobi
After breakfast, it’s time to say farewell to the Maasai Mara. Your driver will take you back to Nairobi via a scenic drive. The journey will take about 5-6 hours, giving you one last opportunity to witness Kenya’s picturesque landscapes.
Once you arrive back in Nairobi, you will be dropped off at either your hotel or the airport for your onward flight, marking the end of your unforgettable safari experience.
