Ruby Voyages, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
Please read them carefully before making any booking.
1. Bookings and Confirmation
- All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
- A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the required deposit or full payment and written confirmation from Ruby Voyages.
- Prices are quoted per person unless stated otherwise and may change due to fuel costs, park fees, government taxes, or currency fluctuations.
2. Payments
- A deposit is required to secure your booking.
- The balance must be paid before the tour start date as stated on your invoice.
- Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation of your booking.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
All cancellations must be made in writing. The following charges may apply:
- More than 30 days before departure: deposit may be partially refundable, less administrative costs.
- 15–30 days before departure: up to 50% of the total tour cost.
- Less than 15 days before departure: up to 100% of the total tour cost.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a reasonable time.
4. Changes to Itinerary
- Ruby Voyages reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather, safety concerns, park regulations, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Changes will be made in the best interest of the client while maintaining the overall experience.
- No refunds will be issued for unused services due to changes beyond our control.
5. Travel Insurance
- All clients are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance.
- Insurance should cover medical expenses, evacuation, trip cancellation, and loss of belongings.
- Ruby Voyages is not responsible for costs arising from accidents, illness, or emergencies.
6. Health and Safety
- Clients must disclose any medical conditions that may affect participation in tours.
- Participation in activities is at the client’s own risk.
- Ruby Voyages is not liable for injury, illness, loss, or death except where caused by proven negligence.
7. Passports, Visas, and Vaccinations
- It is the traveler’s responsibility to have valid passports, visas, and required vaccinations.
- Ruby Voyages is not responsible for denied entry or delays due to missing documents.
8. Responsibility and Liability
- Ruby Voyages acts as an agent for third-party service providers such as hotels and transport companies.
- We are not responsible for acts of God, political unrest, strikes, natural disasters, or mechanical failures.
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the tour package.
9. Client Conduct
- Clients must behave respectfully toward staff, local communities, wildlife, and other travelers.
- Ruby Voyages reserves the right to remove any client whose behavior is disruptive or unsafe, without refund.
10. Photography and Marketing
- Photos or videos taken during tours may be used for marketing unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
11. Website Use
- All website content is the property of Ruby Voyages and may not be copied without permission.
- Unauthorized use of the website may result in legal action.
12. Privacy Policy
- Personal information is used only for travel arrangements and communication.
- Client data is not sold or shared except where necessary to provide services.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the country where Ruby Voyages is legally registered.
14. Acceptance of Terms
By using this website or booking with Ruby Voyages, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
