This Cancellation Policy applies to all bookings made with Ruby Voyages.
By confirming a booking, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Cancellation by the Client
All cancellations must be made in writing via email to
info@rubyvoyages.com.
The date we receive your written cancellation will be used to determine any applicable fees.
The following cancellation charges may apply:
- More than 30 days before departure: deposit may be partially refundable, less administrative and bank charges.
- 15 to 30 days before departure: up to 50% of the total tour cost may be charged.
- Less than 15 days before departure: up to 100% of the total tour cost may be charged.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a reasonable time after cancellation,
subject to deductions by third-party service providers.
2. Cancellation by Ruby Voyages
Ruby Voyages reserves the right to cancel a tour due to insufficient bookings, safety concerns,
natural disasters, political instability, or other circumstances beyond our control.
- If we cancel a tour, clients will be offered an alternative tour or a full refund of amounts paid.
- No additional compensation will be provided beyond the refund of tour payments.
3. No-Show and Early Termination
- No refunds will be given for failure to join a tour on time (no-show).
- No refunds will be issued for unused services if a client leaves the tour early.
4. Amendments and Date Changes
- Requests to change travel dates or itineraries are subject to availability.
- Changes may result in additional costs or revised pricing.
- Any costs incurred due to changes will be charged to the client.
5. Force Majeure
Ruby Voyages shall not be liable for cancellations or changes caused by events beyond our control,
including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, strikes, or acts of God.
In such cases, refunds will depend on recoveries from third-party service providers.
6. Travel Insurance
Clients are strongly advised to purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellation,
medical emergencies, and other unforeseen circumstances.
